Derry Tanzil is an accredited mortgage broker and member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Derry has many years of experience in the broking industry. He holds a bachelor of Science from Murdoch University and Diploma in Mortgage Management.
Outside work, Derry is a keen sportsman especially basketball and diving. Derry is also highly engaged in various events in his local community.

Richard is an accredited mortgage broker and a proud member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), with over four years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to his role as a mortgage broker, he was a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), specializing in corporate accounting and financial analysis, where he developed a strong understanding of complex financial structures and strategic planning.
Richard’s attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines ensure a smooth and efficient lending process for his clients. His clear communication and approachable nature help build trust as he guides clients through the complexities of home loans and refinancing.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children, staying active through basketball, and pursuing hobbies such as collecting trading cards.
Office Manager
Albina is a phenomenal all-rounder in the business. From assisting in the whole loan process, ensuring settlements run smoothly to ensuring all our existing clients are in the best position possible, she really can do it all. From being in the building industry for 6 years to then moving into the finance industry for the past 4 years, she has got a special skillset to ensure clients have the best experience. Building her first home when she was 19 and building two more investment properties afterwards has catapulted her love for the property market and helping people achieve their financial goals. Albina is also currently completing her Diploma in Mortgage Broking Management to further her knowledge and skills.
Outside of work, Albina loves to travel, sing and spend time with her loved ones. She has a passion for art, music and nature. You can always find her humming a tune whilst working away.
